Terms & Conditions:
By completing this form and submitting payment to C&T Produce, LLC for a 2024 CSA membership, you are acknowledging that CSA members share in the seasonality and risks of the growing season, that C&T Produce strives to provide a diverse and generous supply of produce for 18 weeks, and that you accept the inherent risks of farming, which may impact crop yields; this may require C&T Produce, LLC to substitute crops from our partner farms. Membership is non-refundable and we do not provide substitutions. Please be sure to review the CSA pick-up times and locations before selecting this option for your CSA. By signing up online, you are required to pay in full. The installment plan is only applicable to the CSA members who pay by check in the mail. Any shares not picked up by the end of the day will be donated to the Food Bank.
 
BONUS OPTION: 
Gift certificates for the members signing up before December 31, 2023 as well as previous year members will receive their gift certificates with the first CSA pick up of 2024.
